With the aim of developing an iron ore sinter with a better reducibility, authors researched co-firing green pellets and mix in packed bed. First, physical simulation simulator for charging equipment sintering machine demonstrated that were distributed more strongly to lowest part bed because their size is larger than mix. Pot tests based on simulated pellet distribution proved it possible produce highly reducible at higher productivity, particularly when concentrate large Blaine surface area used rigid pellets. Factors could reduce product yield also pointed out, i.e., diffusion melt from into local heat supply suitable.
